Lab investigations are normal

Easy bruising syndrome - common benign disorder often seen in otherwise healthy women, characterised by bruises on the arms, legs, trunk with minor trauma possibly because of skin vessel fragility

Petechiae

Differential diagnosis:

• Leukaemia
• Meningococcal septicaemia
• Vasculitis
• Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP)
• Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Purpura (ITP)
• Non-accidental injury
