• No identified risks for growth restriction
• Fundal height measurement from 26-28 week, not more often than every 2 weeks. Plotted on growth charts
• Offer anti-D and pertussis at 28 weeks

High risk

Obstetric consultant involved in care

• Previous complications (still birth)
• Significant medical Hx (diabetes, heart problems, epilepsy)
• Multiple pregnancy
