- Left upper lobe cavity TB:

- Bilateral cavity TB, this will develop over months and patient will be quite unwell, patient will have significant scarring to lungs after succesful treatment, likely to lead to bronchiectasis, which in itself can lead to recurrent bacterial infections:

- Miliary TB:
- casseous deposits, so many that we can see them on x-rays

- In this case of TB, there is fluid in the pericardial area that has created such a large shadow, the heart is being compressed by the amount of fluid that has built up, this patient needs to have a drain put in to relieve this.
