Chest x ray findings:

• Unilateral hilar enlargement
• Pointing sign: raised diaphragm due to phrenic nerve palsy, diaphragm points to tumour
• Peripheral pulmonary opacity
• Lung, lobe or segmental collapse
• Pleural effusion
• Broadening of mediastinum
• Enlarged cardiac shadow
• Hemidiaphragm elevation
• Rib destruction
