PC:

To make a Diagnoses - 5 days of fever and 4 symptoms from CRASH

• Conjunctivitis - Bilateral purulent
• Rash
• Adenopathy (cervical)
• Straweberry tongue and dry cracked lips
• Hand/foot (extremity changes) - puffy red

Investigations

• Echocardiogram to screen for echocardiograms

Management

High dose aspirin

IV immunoglobulins to mop up any circulating antibodies

Complications

coronory artery aneurysms - should be screened for with echos
