Clinical features

• neurological: agitation, anxiety, confusion, ataxia
• cardiovascular: tachycardia, hypertension
• hyponatraemia
• hyperthermia
• rhabdomyolysis

Management

• supportive
• dantrolene may be used for hyperthermia if simple measures fail
