Early complications:

• Mucositis
• Nausea / vomiting
• Alopecia (accept hair loss)
• Infections / neutropenia
• Thrombocytopenia
• Diarrhoea / GI upset
• Anaemia

Late complications:

• Second malignancy
• Pulmonary fibrosis
• Cardiotoxicity
• Infertility
• Peripheral neuropathy
• Early menopause
• Failure of treatment / disease progression
