*some people lack CCR5 - these people cant be infected with HIV

S/E: Nausea, diarrhoea

NRTIs - Tenofovir - block the reversal process from RNA into DNA by mimicking the nucleoside and blocking the sequence

S/E: rash, SJS, renal impairment, osteoperosis

NNRTI - (these block the enzyme in other ways without just mimicking the nucleoside) - Efavirenz
